1. Overview

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through PliantTV, including but not limited to PliantTV Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans), and any other paid products or services offered through our platform. By making a purchase on PliantTV, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not make any purchases on our platform.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on PliantTV are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, the purchase cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged for cash value under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 PliantTV Premium Subscriptions

PliantTV Premium subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase. By subscribing to PliantTV Premium, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same as your initial subscription fee, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.

3.3 Billing

All subscription charges are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. Your payment method will be charged on the date of purchase and on each subsequent renewal date until you cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

3.4 No Partial Refunds

If you cancel your subscription at any point during a billing period, you will continue to have access to PliantTV Premium features until the end of that billing period. However, no partial refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. PliantTV does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
